Some useful tips for healthy hair
1. Mixture of apple cider vinegar and sage tea.
2. Amal oil prepared by boiling dry piece of amla in coconut oil.
3. Used green coriander leaves juice on head
4. Yogurt and mustard oil
5. ½ banana +1 table spoon yogurt + 1 table spoon wheat oil
6. 2 table spoon olive oil + 2 eggs mix it and apply in your hair cover your hair for 2 hours
7. 1 bunch of coriander + 10-12 leave of neem + water apply it on the roots. It provide iron and vitamin to hairs.
8. ½ cup of coconut cream
½ cup of fresh alovera
2 drops of oil
2 spoons soak brown rice
Mix them and apply it on your head and after 20 minutes wash your hair with herbal shampoo.
9. ¼ green seed
¼ cup fresh or dry amla
soaked them whole night and apply it on the dry hair.
10. Black gram or gram flour mixed it water or milk then apply it on your hair wash your hair after half hour.It is for oily hairs.
11. Apply the few drop of almond oil in banana mixed it and apply it on your hair wash it after half hour with shampoo and after it used conditioner. It is for dead hair.
12. 1 tablespoon of coconut oil + 1 tablespoon milk mixed it and applies it on your hair after bath. It is best conditioner

1 Soak your feet in warm water. For a little bit of extra pep and some bicarbonate of soda or a few green tae bags.


2 Use a salt and or sugar based body scrub to remove any surface dead skin. Tickle any sever dead skin with a pumice, foot file gently removing any thickened, hard or cracked skin.


3 Trim your nails. This should be done with clipper only and you should only ever cut straight across. Shaping toenails can lead to in growing nails, which can be very painful. If you are in rush, after two to three minutes, rub over the nails with a flannel or the edge of towel.


4 Paint the toenails. Toe separators will help you avoid polish smudging from one toe to the next. If you have no toe separators, use tissues pushed between the toes to keep them a part this is better then cotton wool. Paint toe nails as you do on fingers, with two or three thin coats applied in long strokes. And, as always, don’t forget the base coat.

Pedicure

A pedicure is a beauty treatment for the toenails and feet. Pedicures usually involve soaking the feet, shaping and filing the nails, applying lotion and applying nail polish. There are also special pedicures, like French pedicures.
A pedicure is a way to improve the appearance of the feet and their nails. It provides a similar service to a manicure. The word pedicure comes from the Latin words pedis, which means of the foot, and cura, which means care. It also means the care of the feet and toenails. A pedicure can help prevent nail diseases and nail disorders. Pedicures are not just limited to nails; usually dead skin cells on the bottom of feet are rubbed off using a rough stone called a pumice stone.

Undoubtedly regular pedicure at least once in 10 days helps in taking care of your foot problems like cracked heels, tanning etc in a great way.
Massage feet and nails with good quality cream. While massaging, pay equal attention to the heels. While massaging, make upward strokes from toes towards ankles. Clean the feet using moist towel. If you again want to wear nail color, place cotton wool between each toe and apply your selected nail color. Apply the nail varnish in broad strokes, from the base of the nail to the nail tips. Don’t forget to wear a second coat t
