Home made remedies for wrinkles

Home made remedies for wrinkles

People who do not want to see wrinkles on the face get the laser treatments done. They get the surgery done or at times they do the botox treatment one where filling is done on the skin. Such treatments have a lasting period of as much as ten years. Still the visible appearance is lesser than natural wrinkles. If one doesn't want to go under the knife, one can try some natural ways to reduce the appearance of the wrinkles.
  • .To remove wrinkles take 1 egg (white) and 1 tablespoon milk. mix this mixture vigorously.Apply this paste to the face and then wash your face with cool water you will feel fresh and the skin will become wrinkle free.
  • Carrot lotion to fade wrinkles- Carrots contain many antioxidants that help prevent aging of the skin. In a blender put water and a carrot to make a lotion. Apply to the skin with a cotton ball.
  • Aloe Vera Gel for wrinkles- Cut an aloe vera leaf and scrape off the gel with a spoon. Apply the gel to your skin.
  • Avocado replenishes your skin with vitamin E to give it moisture and elasticity. Puree the avocado flesh and apply as a mask on your face. Let it work for 10 minutes and rinse.
  • Puree the pulp of half an avocado. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and stir well. Add one whipped egg white and stir until you have a paste. Apply and let work for 20 minutes. Wash with warm water and then rinse with cold water.
  • Papaya mask to reduce wrinkles- Mix two tablespoons of papaya pulp with a spoonful of dry oatmeal. Apply to face and let it work for 10 minutes. Wash gently rubbing with a flannel. It also helps to eat papaya since it slows the aging process and delays the appearance of wrinkles.
  • Massage your skin with vitamin E based cream with the help of your fingertips to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Eating one grapefruit a day will give you the RDA of 75 mg of Vitamin C. Vitamin C boosts collagen production and helps keep skin firm.
  • Mix a grated potato with an infusion of chamomile. Apply the paste on the face for 15 minutes and then wash with warm water.
  • Boil cauliflower until it is soft. Make a cauliflower puree and apply it directly to the face. Very effective.

Upper lips wrinkles

Upper lips wrinkles

Lips have many underlying living tissue layers. These connective layers are attached to the skin surface that surrounds our lips. When these deep tissues become dehydrated, they begin to constrict, pull, and tug the skin around the lips unnaturally. This results in what I call a"drawstring effect" as seen in this photo to the right.

As the tissues beneath your lips begin to shrink and wither from extreme and prolonged dehydration (they are in a state of atrophy), this shrinking causes a drawstring effect, because it pulls the tissue to which it is attached (tissues beneath your upper lip lines), and because the skin above your lips is attached to the tissues being pulled and drawn downward, "puckering" of the skin occurs, which we refer.

A near-perfect treatment is something that I have named the “Lip Rescue”. With some carefully placed filler, Botox, and a moderate peel, the look can be nearly eliminated. The use of a retinoid or glycolic that will turn your cells over faster and increase normal dermal depth (skin thickness) will help it to continue to be smoother and healthier. The mouth lines will diminish greatly. One caveat: make sure you choose a practitioner who is an expert at placing Botox in this area. Too much can be disastrous and will persist for over a month, though it would seem like a life time.

Home made remedies for lips wrinkles

  • Hydrate your skin by drinking plenty of water throughout the day in order to plump up the wrinkles and make them less noticeable
  • Cocoa can help improve the appearance of wrinkles. It contains high amounts of the compounds epicatchin and catechin that improve circulation, hydration and help the skin feel and look smoother.
  • If your lips are very dry and chapped, use a moisturizer of sugar, baking soda or cornmeal; apply it to your lips with a toothbrush, rubbing the mixture in circular motions. Rinse with water.
  • To make an anti-wrinkle remedy, mix turmeric and sugar cane juice into a paste. Apply this to the area around the mouth and leave it until it dries. Remove with a wash cloth. Or smash an avocado and apply it to the skin. Leave it for 20 minutes before washing off. You can also try mixing a 1/4 cup of comfrey infusion with 1/4 cup of witch hazel and 10 drops of patchouli oil. Apply this to the skin with a cotton ball.
  • For a temporary fix, separate egg whites and apply the whites to skin. Let dry and wash off.
  • Use lip balm to protect your lips and keep them moist and hydrated.
  • Stay out of the sun, or use a strong sunblock. Sun damage contributes to wrinkles on the upper lip and to wrinkles on the rest of your face.
  • Get a chemical peel on the upper lip. Go to a qualified esthetician for an alpha hydroxy peel. This removes the top layer of skin and after healing, you'll see smoother skin underneath.
  • Facial exercises specifically designed to strengthen and tone specific parts of your face. To help keep your lips smooth and free of wrinkles on upper lip try this exercise.
